I drove three hours to have my Acura Legend serviced at Autotech Lancaster. I was experiencing several issues with the car that other mechanics misdiagnosed. Dale, and Harvey addressed all the issues in a timely manner. They are honest, and professional. The communication was excellent, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. This was one of my best experiences with a repair shop. It was well worth the trip. I highly recommend Autotech Lancaster

I have always had great service from AutoTech Lancaster! When they find things that need fixed they are helpful in explainging the process. When I had a part installed that ended up being defective they promptly replaced it at no charge. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you for your maintenance.

This was my 3rd visit for repairs, I am very pleased with the services I’ve received! Prices are reasonable and my car was in and out within an hour or two. I didn’t have to wait long, I have a couple of more things I need to fix and I will definitely go back... Winston the office manager is awesome! Definitely highly recommended!

I took my car for an alignment, now my car doesn't pull to one side if my hands aren't on the wheel, so they did a good job. They fixed a minor issue for much less than the local dealer was quoting me for the same work. In general I'd recommend this shop to anyone. There isn't much parking at all so if you're taking your car in, try to drop it off during work hours because there wouldn't be many places to leave the car if dropped off after hours.

Our company had a van break down. I called AutoTech to see if they could help us out of a jam. They had the tow truck there within 30 minutes. They got us a quote and had the repairs done quickly. Communication was excellent. A very smooth process. Thank you for you help and professionalism.

Recently my ex had gotten into a car accident and needed his car to be repaired. The workers from AutoTech were in contact with him every step of the way letting him know what he should expect from the insurance company. The entire time the staff were extremely kind, reasonable and helpful looking to make sure that he got his car back as soon as possible and did an amazing job detailing and making his car look new again. He says that his car actually looks nicer that when he first bought it after all the repairs and replacements. Overall would recommend them 10/10. (AutoTech in the Ephrata location also is has great service, have gone there as well for general car maintenance. Pricing is good.)

I got stranded with my jeep wrangler and fortunately this bodyshop was practically around the corner. The owner was super helpfull and he fixed my car in a couple hours. It was very kind of him as he provide us with a vehicle meanwhile our car was getting fixed. Highly recommended….and thank you once more AutoTech Lancaster.
